Working for Canadian exporters for 20 years. Currently, the Transformation Office VP for the Financial Crimes program leading remaining FC implementation activities largely focused on Insurance & Working Capital Solutions and Audit responses. Formerly VP for the Enterprise Change Enablement team of the Transformation Office – providing the enterprise with integrated agile business transformation services such as business technology platform management, strategic change services, digital delivery enablement and program & project management. The Transformation Office is helping to evolve EDC’s business culture and planning and execution muscles so that we can create value for our customers faster and meet our transformation objectives. My EDC journey: was a Business Analyst in Risk Analysis and Credit Scoring, moved on to Credit Insurance Underwriting managing strategic portfolios and managing teams as a Manager and Underwriting Advisor. Multiple sectors- Resources, Infrastructure, Environment and Extractive Industries. Managed Insurance Analytics team (credit and pricing models as well as portfolio reporting). Transformation experience: Was stream lead for Credit Risk as part of Credit Insurance Transformation (CIT) Phase 1 and program business lead for CIT Phase 2 – a 21 million dollar project. When I’m not at work I love acting, singing and golfing.
